How to send the survey to a buyer from Quanda

  1. Create a new survey in Quanda and enter the seven questions of the template. The help article Creating and setting up an online survey describes the procedure.
  2. In the Distribution step switch the survey status to Ready to use and choose Distribute by e-mail.
  3. Create a simple campaign thanking the buyer for the purchase and put the survey link into a button.
  4. In the survey automations set the Add tag action after the form is completed, so the buyer lands in the right group.
  5. Send the campaign within two weeks of handing over the property.

How to evaluate the buyers' answers

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a measure of willingness to recommend based on the 0 to 10 scale question.

  1. Open Analysis of answers in the survey. For each question you see how many people answered and how many skipped it.
  2. Use the advanced filter to select answers by question or by contact data, for example by agent.
  3. Use the Expand button to show the evaluation of individual questions and add a chart and a comment.
  4. Calculate NPS from the recommendation question: the share of answers 9 and 10 minus the share of answers 0 to 6.
  5. Download the results as a PDF in the Final report or e-mail them to colleagues from there.

How to turn the buyers' answers into testimonials and referrals

A testimonial is a statement from a satisfied client that you may publish with their consent. A buyer who has just received the keys is the most willing to give one, and the survey shows you whom to ask.

  • Thank the promoters (9 and 10) within two days and ask them for a short review. Start from the words they chose themselves in the question about describing the cooperation, and always ask for consent before publishing.
  • Tag the buyers who came on a friend's recommendation. The share of recommendations among lead sources shows how well your testimonials work.
  • Based on the last question, use the survey automations to place the buyer in a newsletter group with the topics they picked. Those who bought often sell or buy again in a few years.
  • Call the detractors (0 to 6) before they write a review and ask what should have gone differently.
