Response analysis is an overview of the survey results: for each question you see how many respondents answered and how many skipped it, and after expanding it, the evaluation of each answer with a chart. You find it in the survey detail on the Response Analysis page. Choice questions, scales and NPS are evaluated automatically and continuously, so you see results while answers are still coming in.

How to find out who answered

When you send the survey with a Quanda email campaign, click the people icon in the Answered or Skipped column. A list of respondents opens. For a survey shared by link outside campaigns the respondents are anonymous and no list is available.

How to filter the results

In the Advanced Results Filter you pick criteria by date of sending, by individual questions and answers, by contact details or by company details. The analysis is then recalculated for the selected respondents only. This way you can compare, for example, the satisfaction of new and regular customers.

You download the filtered respondents with the XLSX and CSV icons above the results. The export contains only the respondents who match the filter and has the same columns as the export in completed surveys, including the numeric value for scales, stars and smileys. This way you can download, for example, only the dissatisfied customers you want to call.
