Illustrative calculation. It assumes the same referral pace and that customers stay. After the first 12 months the commission for each customer drops to half the rate. The +5% volume bonus is included from the 21st customer.

From sign-up to the first commission in four steps

  2. You get a link and materials

    A personal link, partner code, free Quanda account and ready-made texts you can send straight away.

  3. You track the results

    In your partner account you see all visits, sign-ups and customers your link has brought. A contact is yours for 90 days from the first visit.

  4. Commission arrives regularly

    As soon as the customer pays, we credit your commission. We pay out monthly or quarterly against your invoice.

Frequently asked questions

What partners ask before joining

For as long as the customer uses and pays for Quanda. For the first 12 months you get the full rate, then half. For example 30% becomes 15%. When the customer leaves, no further commission arises.

From the payments for using the application that we actually receive from the customer, excluding VAT. If the customer buys extra contacts or Quanda HUB, the commission covers that too. Re-invoiced services such as a dedicated IP address or contact validation are not included.

The customer arrives through your personal link or enters your partner code when signing up. In your partner account you then see all visits, sign-ups and customers your link has brought. A contact is yours for 90 days from the first visit, even if they sign up later.

A customer from your link or with your code is automatically level Referral. If you want to arrange a meeting or run the deal yourself, let us know about the company in advance. After the deal is closed we confirm the level together based on what you actually did.

Monthly or quarterly, against your invoice. We send you an overview of the payments received and the commission amount. The minimum payout is €40, smaller amounts carry over to the next period.

No. As a partner you get a free Quanda account you can use to send your own newsletters and to show Quanda to clients live.

Once we have 20 paying customers from you, every newly acquired customer earns a rate 5 percentage points higher. Customers acquired earlier keep their original rate.

Refer yourself, pay for ads on the Quanda name and send unsolicited bulk emails. Pass us a contact only with that person’s consent.
