Quanda can have at most 35 e-mail campaigns in the Ready to use state of each campaign type at once. In the campaign overview you recognise them by the tick in a green circle. When you reach the limit, you cannot get a new campaign ready for sending until you end or pause one of the older campaigns. Sent e-mails and statistics are not lost.

Which campaigns count towards the limit
Only campaigns in the Ready to use state count towards the limit, and the limit applies separately to each campaign type: you can have 35 simple campaigns plus 35 e-mail series, 35 birthday and name day campaigns, 35 A/B tests and 35 logic campaigns. Unfinished, paused and ended campaigns do not count.
A simple campaign stays in the Ready to use state even after it has been sent, because it can still send e-mails from automations, for example a reminder to recipients who did not open the e-mail. That is why older sent campaigns pile up and the limit fills up over time.
How to end a campaign
- In the top menu, click E-mails.
- In the campaign overview, find an older campaign you no longer need.
- In the Action column, click the square icon in a grey circle and confirm.
An ended campaign no longer sends anything and cannot be started again. Its statistics stay available under the Results button. We recommend ending several older campaigns at once, so that you do not hit the limit again with your very next campaign.
How to pause a campaign
Pausing is useful for campaigns you want to resume later, for example an e-mail series or a birthday and name day campaign.
- Open the campaign and click Settings in the left menu.
- In the Status field, choose Paused.
- Save the change.
You return a paused campaign to the Ready to use state the same way. A paused series sends no further parts, a paused birthday and name day campaign sends no greetings and a paused logic campaign sends no follow-up e-mails.
