You create a birthday or name day greeting the same way as an email in a simple email campaign. You can start from one of the ready-made templates or from your own email, and be sure to include a salutation in the greeting.

How to add a personalized salutation

You add the salutation as personalization:

  1. Click in the text field where the salutation should go.
  2. In the menu above the field, choose Personalization.
  3. Pick the salutation, for example a full salutation with the last name or the first name.

A tag in double curly brackets is inserted into the text, and Quanda replaces it with the details of the contact when sending. You can also copy the tag into the E-mail Subject field.

How to save the wishes and continue

We recommend saving the finished greeting as a template with the Save your email as a new template icon. Then click Save and Sending Settings below the email and continue to the Sending page, where you launch the campaign.
