Completed forms are a list of all form submissions: for each one you see the date and time of submission, the contact who filled in the form and the status of the entry. You find them in the form detail on the Saved forms page.
What the list shows
- Filled in: the date and time the form was submitted.
- Subscriber: the contact, which you click through to its detail in Quanda. There you see the submitted details and the label you set in the automation.
- Status: what happened with the submission.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Created | A new contact was created from the submission. |
| Edited | The form was filled in by a contact already in Quanda. Missing details were added, existing ones were not overwritten. |
| Waiting for verification | The form has double opt-in turned on and the person has not clicked the verification link yet. |
A contact waiting for verification appears in Contacts only after clicking the verification link and does not count toward your contact limit until then. The link is valid for 7 days. If the person does not confirm it, the email and other personal data are deleted and the entry in Saved forms stays without them.
How to filter completed forms
- In the Sent from and Sent to fields, choose a period.
- In the Contains field, type text, for example part of an email address.
- In the Status field, choose Created, Edited or Waiting for verification.
- Click Filter. The Cancel button clears the filter.
How many submissions a form has in total, how many of them created new contacts and what its CTR is, meaning the ratio of submissions to views, you see in the forms overview in the Forms menu. How to create a form is described in How to create and set up an active form.
