The Sending page is the last step of an email series. Here you set the sender, test all parts for spam, send yourself test emails and schedule when the series starts and how often the next parts go out.
How to set the sender
In the Sender settings section, choose one of two options:
- Manually: all emails are sent in the name of the user you pick from the account users. Only users with a verified email address are offered.
- Automatically: Quanda picks the sender for each contact separately in this order: the contact owner, if not set, then the company owner, and if that is not set either, the campaign manager chosen on the Settings page. The email then comes from the person who looks after the contact. How to set the owner is described in the article Contact owner.
For smooth delivery, the sender also needs a verified sending domain, which is the part of the address after the at sign. Without a verified domain, sending is limited and Quanda warns you about it. You will find the steps in the article How to set up DNS records for sending.
In the Set an e-mail address for the answer section, we recommend keeping the default option Set automatically according to the sender (recommended). Replies then go to whoever sent the email. If you want replies to go somewhere else, pick the address of another user with a verified email.

How to test the emails for spam
In the SPAM test & content control section, you see a score for each part of the series on a scale from 0 to 10. The closer the result is to zero, the lower the risk that the email ends up in the junk mail folder. The Více link shows which rules contributed to the result. After editing the content, run the test again with the Test e-mail(s) for SPAM button.
The most common content mistakes are:
- A subject line written in capital letters only.
- A subject line with risky words such as sale or free.
- An email body made up of a single image.
- More images than text.
- Text with weak contrast against the background.
How to send test emails
Never send a campaign until you have checked the test emails. In the Test e-mails sending section, enter up to three addresses in the fields Enter the e-mail address of the Test Recipient 1. to 3. and click Send test e-mail(s). For a series, you also choose under Select which parts of the series should be sent. whether to send All parts or only Selected parts. The test email arrives within a few minutes.
Check the look, images and text, click through all links and buttons and view the email on a phone as well. Fix any mistakes and send the test again.
If you used a salutation in the email, the test shows the salutation of the first recipient. The unsubscribe link is deliberately disabled in the test.
How to schedule the start of the series
If the series is still under construction, first switch it to the Ready to send status. Then, in the Campaign sending section, fill in the start Date and Time and in the Next email in field choose after how many days the next part goes out (1 to 30 days). Confirm the setting with the Set send to… button showing the selected time.
If you choose Monday at 14:00 and 7 days, for example, the series starts on Monday at 14:00 and the next parts always go out a week later, again on Monday at 14:00.

With the Manually option, all emails go out in the name of the chosen user. With Automatically, the sender is the contact owner, then the company owner and finally the campaign manager.
