The Sending page is the last step of a logic campaign. Here you set the sender and the reply address, test all e-mails in the campaign for spam, send yourself test e-mails and send the campaign right away or schedule it.
How to set the sender
In the Sender settings section, choose one of two options:
- Manually: all e-mails are sent in the name of the user you pick from the account users. Only users with a verified e-mail address are offered.
- Automatically: Quanda picks the sender for each contact separately in this order: the contact owner, if not set, then the company owner, and if that is not set either, the campaign manager chosen on the Settings page. The e-mail then comes from the person who looks after the contact. How to set the owner is described in the article Contact owner.
For smooth delivery, the sender also needs a verified sending domain, which is the part of the address after the at sign. Without a verified domain, sending is limited and Quanda warns you about it. You will find the steps in the article How to set up DNS records for sending.
In the Set an e-mail address for the answer section, we recommend keeping the default option Set automatically according to the sender (recommended). Replies then go to whoever sent the e-mail. If you want replies to go somewhere else, pick the address of another user with a verified e-mail.

How to test the e-mails for spam
In the SPAM test & content control section, you see a score for each e-mail in the campaign on a scale from 0 to 10. The closer the result is to zero, the lower the risk that the e-mail ends up in the junk mail folder. The Více link shows which rules contributed to the result. After editing the content, run the test again with the Test e-mail(s) for SPAM button.
The most common content mistakes are:
- A subject line written in capital letters only.
- A subject line with risky words such as sale or free.
- An e-mail body made up of a single image.
- More images than text.
- Text with weak contrast against the background.
How to send test e-mails
Never send a campaign until you have checked the test e-mails. In the Test e-mails sending section, enter up to three addresses in the fields Enter the e-mail address of the Test Recipient 1. to 3. and click Send test e-mail(s). You get test e-mails for all e-mails in the campaign. The test e-mail arrives within a few minutes.
Check the look, images and text, click through all links and buttons and view the e-mail on a phone as well. Fix any mistakes and send the test again.
If you used a salutation in the e-mail, the test shows the salutation of the first recipient selected on the Recipients page. The unsubscribe link is deliberately disabled in the test.

How to send or schedule the campaign
The Campaign sending section shows how many recipients the campaign goes to. If the campaign is still under construction, first change its status with the I want to change the campaign status to "Ready to send". button.
- Send Campaign Now starts sending right away. Quanda begins preparing the e-mails and sends them out gradually.
- Schedule sending opens the Date and Time fields (whole hours). Confirm the date with the Set send to… button showing the selected time. You cancel a scheduled send with the Cancel scheduled sending link.

After sending, follow the statistics of each e-mail in the campaign separately.

Frequently asked questions
With the Manually option, all emails go out in the name of one user with a verified email address. With Automatically, Quanda picks the sender for each contact separately: the contact owner, then the company owner, and otherwise the campaign manager.
Yes. After you click Send test e-mail(s), tests of all emails of the campaign arrive at up to three addresses, usually within a few minutes. The greeting in the test matches the first selected recipient and the unsubscribe link is turned off.
The SPAM test rates each email of the campaign on a scale from 0 to 10. The closer the result is to zero, the lower the risk that the email ends up in the junk folder. The Více link shows which rules contributed to the result.
The campaign has to be in the Ready to send status. You change the status with the I want to change the campaign status to "Ready to send". button. An unverified sending domain can also slow sending down.
Scheduling sets the time of the first email. The follow-up emails go out after the number of days set on the Event-triggered Settings page, counted from sending the previous email.
