You find the statistics of a logic campaign on the Statistics page, separately for each sent email: click an email in the tree structure to see its overview of deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and spam complaints. Statistics are available only after the campaign has been sent.
How to view the statistics of an email
- In the campaign's left menu, click Statistics.
- In the tree structure, click the email whose results you want to see.
- The overall overview of the email results appears at the top, with percentages and lists of recipients below.
What the numbers in the overview mean
- Sent: the number of unique recipients the email was sent to.
- Delivered: the number of unique recipients the email was delivered to.
- Not delivered: the number of unique recipients the email was not delivered to. You find their list, including the reason, at the bottom of the page. The article Reasons for undelivered emails explains what the reasons mean.
- Opened in total: the number of all opens. If one recipient opens the email 10 times, the number is 10.
- Opened uniquely: the number of recipients who opened the email. Each one is counted only once, so the same recipient with 10 opens gives 1.
- Not opened: the number of unique recipients who did not open the email.
- Clicks in total: the number of all clicks on links. If one recipient clicks each of 5 links once, the number is 5.
- Clicks uniquely: the number of recipients who clicked at least one link. The same recipient with 5 clicks gives 1.
- Social media icons: for each social media icon in the email, the number of unique recipients who clicked it.
- Marked as SPAM: the number of unique recipients who marked the email as spam.
- Unsubscribed: the number of unique recipients who unsubscribed using the link in the email footer.
The article What the terms in statistics mean explains the terms in more detail.
What else you find on the page
Below the overview are the percentages for deliverability, opens and clicks, click statistics for individual links and lists of recipients who opened the email, did not open it, clicked a link, unsubscribed or marked it as spam. Fix undeliverable addresses, permanently undeliverable ones are among the blacklisted contacts.
How to evaluate the Yes and No branches
The number you build a logic campaign for is not shown in the list directly. You work it out from the number of sent emails in the follow-up emails: how many recipients got the email from the "Yes" branch and how many from the "No" branch. This ratio shows the interest in your offer. If it improves across campaigns, you are doing something right.
How to export the statistics
With the Statistics Export icon in its detail you download the statistics of each email to Excel as an xlsx file. It contains the same sheets as the export of a simple email campaign: an overview with the name, subject line and time of sending, contact lists with the company, tags, time of the action and device, the daily trend, links and reasons for unsubscribing. Percentages are numbers in the file, so you can keep the results in your own spreadsheet and compare them over time.

Frequently asked questions
In the campaign's left menu, click Statistics and then click the email whose results you want to see in the tree structure. Each email of a logic campaign has its own statistics. Statistics are not available before the campaign is sent.
Opened in total counts every open, so if one recipient opens the email ten times, it shows 10. Opened uniquely counts people, so the same recipient is counted only once. Compare emails by the unique values.
Look at the number of sent emails in the follow-up emails. How many recipients got the email from the Yes branch and how many from the No branch shows the interest in your offer. It is worth tracking this ratio across campaigns.
Less than elsewhere. Quanda filters out more than 80% of the automatic opens created by Mail Privacy Protection in Apple Mail. Automatic opens do not affect clicks at all, and since a logic campaign branches by clicks, the branching is not affected by them.
Yes. You export the statistics of each email to an xlsx file. The file contains all data from the statistics page arranged into sheets.
