Six concrete results you will be able to achieve on your own after completing all lessons and quizzes, right in your daily work or in Quanda.
You will know how to export data from your CRM or online store, split details into columns and stick to the right format for dates, gender and UTF-8 encoding.
You will be able to choose the import priority, match columns correctly and use the error report to fix rows that did not go through.
You will prepare salutations in Excel with a simple formula and import them so that they are filled in across your whole database.
You will tell unsubscribed and blacklisted contacts apart, find out the reason for a hard or soft bounce and know what you may delete and what not.
You will design a naming system for tags with a prefix and prepare a plan for each segment of what you will send it and when.
Based on seven open rate segments you will adjust your sending frequency and use custom fields to select recipients and personalize content.
See which skills you will take away from the course and who it helps most. If you recognize yourself in the description, this course is made for you.
Every lesson ends with a quiz of 7 questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all of them correctly.
Once you pass all quizzes, we issue a Quanda certificate in your name. Add it to your resume or LinkedIn profile and show that you know your way around email marketing.
You complete the course in three steps: create a free learning account, work through the lessons and quizzes, and get your PDF certificate after the final quiz.
All you need is an email and password or a Google account. After confirming your email, add your name for the certificate.
Short lessons with real-world examples. Each one ends with a quiz and your progress is saved to your account.
After the final quiz, we issue a PDF certificate with a code that verifies its authenticity.
Quanda accepts xlsx and csv files. If you choose csv, save it as a comma delimited csv with UTF-8 encoding. The MS-DOS and Macintosh variants are not supported. The course also shows you how to open a csv file correctly in Excel.
It depends on the import priority setting. When existing contacts take priority, Quanda simply skips the contact it finds. When imported contacts take priority, it updates all matched details for that contact. In both cases, new addresses are created as new contacts.
It doesn't pay off. When we checked a purchased database of roughly 70,000 addresses with NeverBounce, more than 35% of the addresses were invalid, incorrect or risky. An import like that hurts the deliverability of the whole account, and purchased addresses usually have no consent or other legal basis for sending emails.
An unsubscribed contact clicked the unsubscribe link themselves, and Quanda stops sending them campaigns regardless of tags. A contact ends up on the blacklist when the last delivery attempt failed. A hard bounce is a permanent rejection, while contacts with a soft bounce are returned to your recipients by Quanda after a while.
Quanda sorts contacts into seven segments by their average open rate, from Fans at 80 to 100% down to Ghosts at 0%. The Unknown segment holds contacts you have not yet sent at least six campaigns to. The course shows you how to work with each segment.
Yes, the course is completely free. All you need is a free learning account created with an email and password or your Google account. You need to confirm your email, and your progress is then saved in your account.
Each of the 6 lessons ends with a quiz of 7 yes or no questions, and the next lesson unlocks once you answer all 7 correctly. You can retake the quiz as many times as you like and you will see an explanation for wrong answers. After passing all quizzes you receive an official Quanda certificate in PDF with your name, the course title, the date, a unique code and a QR code for verification.
The course has 6 lessons and takes about 2 hours. It is designed for intermediate users. You learn at your own pace, your progress is saved in your learning account and you can pick up where you left off at any time.
No, you don't. All you need is a free learning account on the Quanda website, which you create with your email or Google account. An app account comes in handy if you want to try the steps from the lessons right away, and you can start a 14-day free trial without a credit card.
We only store what we need for your studies: your email, your first and last name for the certificate, an optional phone number, your course progress and issued certificates. We process them in line with the Quanda Privacy Policy. You can delete your learning account yourself in your profile, and your progress and certificates are deleted with it. Any emails about similar content we may send you can be unsubscribed from using the link in each of them.
