You will understand how traffic, the exchange and the form work together, and where you can win the most new contacts with the least effort.
You will create a form, choose only the fields you need and set up adding a tag, an email to the new contact and a notification for the salesperson.
You will match the look of the form to your website and decide when to use a fixed form and when an animated one, including the moment it appears.
You will know what consent to the processing of personal data must include and set up a confirmation email with a single verification link.
You will choose a suitable format, validate the topic with a survey and deliver the lead magnet through an automation with a transactional email and a tag.
You will insert the activation code and the display code, or use the WordPress plugin, and check in Submitted forms that the form is collecting contacts.
See which skills you will take away from the course and who it helps most. If you recognize yourself in the description, this course is made for you.
Every lesson ends with a quiz of 7 questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all of them correctly.
Once you pass all quizzes, we issue a Quanda certificate in your name. Add it to your resume or LinkedIn profile and show that you know your way around email marketing.
You complete the course in three steps: create a free learning account, work through the lessons and quizzes, and get your PDF certificate after the final quiz.
All you need is an email and password or a Google account. After confirming your email, add your name for the certificate.
Short lessons with real-world examples. Each one ends with a quiz and your progress is saved to your account.
After the final quiz, we issue a PDF certificate with a code that verifies its authenticity.
Three things decide it. The traffic to the page, the value of what you offer in exchange for a contact, and the form itself, including when and how it appears. Most companies only work on traffic, yet improving the offer and the form is much cheaper. In the course you will go all the way from the form to the lead magnet. For our customers it can happen fast: the travel agency Delfín travel collected up to 130 contacts a day on its best days with a simple slide-in form, and more than 50,000 email addresses in about five years.
According to Quanda data, animated forms collect up to two and a half times more contacts than forms placed in a fixed position. A fixed form is still a good fit where people arrive with a specific intention, such as signing up for a seminar. Set up the animation considerately, with a visible close button and a delay after the page loads.
Double opt-in is the verification of a subscriber's email address. After the form is submitted, a confirmation email with a link is sent to the address, and the contact is added to the database only after the click. It protects you from typos and made-up addresses, and you have proof that the address was entered by its real owner.
A lead magnet is content or a tool you offer in exchange for a contact. E-books, templates and checklists, calculators, webinars, case studies or a discount work well. Do not invent the topic at your desk. Validate it with a short survey, customer questions or website analytics.
On the Insert code page you will find the activation code, which belongs in the page header, and the display code, which you insert where the form should appear. For WordPress there is a plugin you just paste the code into. Your website must run on the secure https protocol.
Yes, the course is completely free. All you need is a free learning account created with an email and password or a Google account. You need to verify your email, and your progress is then saved in the account.
Each of the 6 lessons ends with a quiz of 7 yes or no questions, and the next lesson unlocks when you answer all 7 correctly. You can retake a quiz as many times as you like, and you will see an explanation for every wrong answer. After passing all quizzes you get an official Quanda certificate in PDF, which you can download at any time and share on LinkedIn, Facebook or X.
The course has 6 lessons and takes about 2 hours. It is designed for beginners. You learn at your own pace, your progress is saved in your learning account and you can pick up where you left off at any time.
