You will understand that every automation has a condition, a time and an action, and you will know where to find them in Quanda and what is worth automating.
You will prepare and activate a transactional email and set up a reaction to an open, a non-open, a click or a bounce, with the timing calculated correctly.
You will launch campaigns that check the dates on your contacts every day on their own, and fill in name day dates in bulk through an import.
You will add a tag to a new contact based on the source, send a welcome email with the promised content and notify a colleague about an inquiry.
You will say thank you for the response, assign a tag based on a specific answer and get a notification when an answer calls for a reaction.
You will use a personalized salutation and a sender based on the contact owner, and make sure a single contact does not receive too many emails.
See which skills you will take away from the course and who it helps most. If you recognize yourself in the description, this course is made for you.
Every lesson ends with a quiz of 7 questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all of them correctly.
Once you pass all quizzes, we issue a Quanda certificate in your name. Add it to your resume or LinkedIn profile and show that you know your way around email marketing.
You complete the course in three steps: create a free learning account, work through the lessons and quizzes, and get your PDF certificate after the final quiz.
All you need is an email and password or a Google account. After confirming your email, add your name for the certificate.
Short lessons with real-world examples. Each one ends with a quiz and your progress is saved to your account.
After the final quiz, we issue a PDF certificate with a code that verifies its authenticity.
A transactional email is a special campaign type that you prepare in advance and activate. You do not choose recipients for it, they are determined by the automation that triggers it the moment a contact meets the condition. Without a transactional email, you cannot set up an automation that sends a message.
In a simple campaign, set the condition "did not open the email", a time of, say, three days and the action send an email with a transactional email that has the same content. For non-opens, the time counts from when the original campaign was sent. In one of Quanda's own campaigns, this raised the overall click rate from 5.1 to 6.2 percent.
Create a campaign of the Birthday greeting type, choose the group tags and select the hour at which Quanda should check the dates every day. The contact must have the Date of birth field filled in, otherwise their turn never comes. Do not forget to add a personalized salutation to the email.
Prepare a table of first names and name day dates according to the calendar of your country, add the dates to your contact export with a VLOOKUP formula and import the file back into the Anniversary field. The procedure is in the help article Importing name day dates.
In the form automation, choose the Send notification action and prepare the notification text in advance as a transactional email. That way a salesperson learns about a new inquiry within a minute. For newsletter forms, a summary report for the form manager may be enough.
Yes, the course is completely free. Just create a free learning account with an email and password or your Google account and confirm your email address. Your progress is saved in the account as you go.
Each of the six lessons ends with a quiz of seven yes or no questions, and the next lesson unlocks once you answer all seven correctly. You can retake the quiz as many times as you like, and for wrong answers you will see an explanation. After passing all the quizzes, you receive an official Quanda certificate in PDF with your name, the course title, the date, a unique code and a QR code leading to public verification. You can download it at any time and share it on LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
The course has six lessons and takes about 2 hours. You study at your own pace and can pause at any time and continue later, because your progress is saved in your learning account. The course is intended for intermediate users.
No, you don't. All you need is a free learning account on the Quanda website, which you create with your email or Google account. An app account comes in handy if you want to try the steps from the lessons right away, and you can start a 14-day free trial without a credit card.
We only store what we need for your studies: your email, your first and last name for the certificate, an optional phone number, your course progress and issued certificates. We process them in line with the Quanda Privacy Policy. You can delete your learning account yourself in your profile, and your progress and certificates are deleted with it. Any emails about similar content we may send you can be unsubscribed from using the link in each of them.
