Six concrete results you will be able to achieve on your own after completing all lessons and quizzes, right in your daily work or in Quanda.
Based on the number of messages and the rule for who gets which one, you will choose between a simple campaign, an email series, an A/B test and a logic campaign.
You will build a series of up to one hundred and fifty installments that contacts enter through a tag from a form, a questionnaire or another campaign.
By adding and removing tags on individual installments, you will move a contact into a follow-up series or take them out of a running one.
You will set the size of the test group, the winning criterion and the evaluation period, and Quanda will send the winning version to the remaining recipients on its own.
You will mark the tracked link, put together a tree of up to three levels and set the timing correctly, counted from the moment of sending.
You will find the installment of a series where people drop off, read the comparison of A/B test versions and calculate the level of interest from the ratio of branches.
See which skills you will take away from the course and who it helps most. If you recognize yourself in the description, this course is made for you.
Every lesson ends with a quiz of 7 questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all of them correctly.
Once you pass all quizzes, we issue a Quanda certificate in your name. Add it to your resume or LinkedIn profile and show that you know your way around email marketing.
You complete the course in three steps: create a free learning account, work through the lessons and quizzes, and get your PDF certificate after the final quiz.
All you need is an email and password or a Google account. After confirming your email, add your name for the certificate.
Short lessons with real-world examples. Each one ends with a quiz and your progress is saved to your account.
After the final quiz, we issue a PDF certificate with a code that verifies its authenticity.
A series sends several emails at a fixed rhythm, and every recipient goes through the whole sequence from the first installment. A logic campaign sends the next email based on whether the recipient clicked the marked link, so recipients' paths split into Yes and No branches. A series suits a welcome sequence or a run of tips, a logic campaign works well for an invitation with a reminder. A series in Quanda can have up to 150 installments. For example, LiteCom s.r.o. runs a series with 147 installments and almost 6,000 recipients, and Gumex, spol. s r.o. has 102 running series (as of October 2026).
The recipients of a series are all contacts with the selected tag. You assign the tag manually, through an import or with an automation in a form, a questionnaire or another campaign. Adding contacts works even for a running series, and every new contact starts with the first installment.
The technical minimum is eleven recipients, but on a small database the test makes no sense, because the difference between versions will be random. In practice, one day is considered a reliable evaluation period. Always test just one change, such as the subject line, otherwise you will not know why a version won.
The most common cause is that the email has no link marked with the "Track click for logic campaign" option. Without the mark, Quanda does not track the click and puts all recipients into the No branch. So before launching, check the marking in every email except the last one.
The time counts from the date and time the previous email was sent, not from the moment of the click. If you set seven days, the follow-up emails go out to everyone at the same moment, regardless of when each person clicked. If you need to react to a click within minutes, use an automation in a simple campaign.
Yes, the course is completely free. Just create a free learning account with an email and password or your Google account and confirm your email address. Your progress is saved in the account as you go.
Each of the five lessons ends with a quiz of seven yes or no questions, and the next lesson unlocks once you answer all seven correctly. You can retake the quiz as many times as you like, and for wrong answers you will see an explanation. After passing all the quizzes, you receive an official Quanda certificate in PDF with your name, the course title, the date, a unique code and a QR code leading to public verification. You can download it at any time and share it on LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
The course has five lessons and takes about 2 hours. You study at your own pace and can pause at any time and continue later, because your progress is saved in your learning account. The course is intended for advanced users who can already handle a simple campaign.
