"Email Deliverability from A to Z" is a free online course for intermediate users that in 5 lessons teaches you to get your emails into the inbox instead of spam, from domain authentication to sender reputation.
After the course you will authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, maintain a good sender reputation and tell from the numbers whether your emails land in the inbox or in spam.

Six concrete results you will be able to achieve on your own after completing all lessons and quizzes, right in your daily work or in Quanda.
Find out how the receiving server checks a message, how delivery, non-delivery and being marked as spam differ and what bounce codes mean.
Learn what each record does, add the CNAME records Quanda gives you and create a DMARC record with a safe starting policy.
Go through domain verification in Quanda step by step and learn why links on your own domain make a message more trustworthy.
Get to know the numbers mailbox providers judge you by and learn to monitor your domain reputation in Google Postmaster Tools.
Learn to work with blacklisted and unsubscribed contacts and introduce regular database hygiene with a re-engagement campaign.
Meet the legal requirements for commercial messages, avoid suspicious links and test your message with several mailbox providers before sending.
See which skills you will take away from the course and who it helps most. If you recognize yourself in the description, this course is made for you.
Every lesson ends with a quiz of 7 questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all of them correctly.
Once you pass all quizzes, we issue a Quanda certificate in your name. Add it to your resume or LinkedIn profile and show that you know your way around email marketing.
You complete the course in three steps: create a free learning account, work through the lessons and quizzes, and get your PDF certificate after the final quiz.
All you need is an email and password or a Google account. After confirming your email, add your name for the certificate.
Short lessons with real-world examples. Each one ends with a quiz and your progress is saved to your account.
After the final quiz, we issue a PDF certificate with a code that verifies its authenticity.
Delivery depends on three areas: technical sender authentication, sender reputation together with database hygiene, and the content of the message itself. The course covers all three in the order in which it pays to deal with them, starting with domain authentication.
SPF defines which servers may send mail on behalf of your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to the message, which lets the recipient verify the sender and confirm that nobody changed the content on the way. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with a message that failed the SPF and DKIM checks.
On the Settings / Domain verification & DNS page you will find three CNAME records, or six with link branding. Add them at the service that manages your domain's DNS and click the settings check in Quanda. Verification can take several hours, after which green check marks appear next to the domain.
We don't recommend it. You cannot set up DNS records on free mail providers, and Gmail blocks such messages. Always use your own company domain for bulk sending.
Deliverability, the share of delivered emails out of those sent, should not drop below 95 percent. Keep the spam complaint rate below 0.3 percent, which Gmail requires. A healthy unsubscribe rate is around a few tenths of a percent. For comparison, spam complaints for campaigns sent from Quanda have stayed below 0.03% over the last 36 months (October 2023 to September 2026), ten times below Google's limit.
Yes, the course is completely free. All you need is a free learning account, created with an email and password or with your Google account. Once you confirm your email, you can start learning.
Each of the 5 lessons ends with a quiz of 7 yes or no questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all 7 questions correctly, and you can retake the quiz as many times as you like. After passing all quizzes you receive an official Quanda certificate in PDF with your name, the course title, the date, a unique code and a QR code for public verification.
The intermediate course takes about 1.5 hours. You learn at your own pace and your progress is saved in your learning account, so you can pick up where you left off at any time. You can download your certificate whenever you like and share it on LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
No, you don't. All you need is a free learning account on the Quanda website, which you create with your email or Google account. An app account comes in handy if you want to try the steps from the lessons right away, and you can start a 14-day free trial without a credit card.
We only store what we need for your studies: your email, your first and last name for the certificate, an optional phone number, your course progress and issued certificates. We process them in line with the Quanda Privacy Policy. You can delete your learning account yourself in your profile, and your progress and certificates are deleted with it. Any emails about similar content we may send you can be unsubscribed from using the link in each of them.
