Short lessons with real-world examples. Each one ends with a quiz and your progress is saved to your account.
After the final quiz, we issue a PDF certificate with a code that verifies its authenticity.
Quanda limits the preheader to 50 characters so it displays correctly across email clients. Don't repeat the subject line in it. Use it to clarify the content, complete the thought from the subject line or add a first call to action. Our 2017 survey of 311 recipients showed that the preheader matters too: the decision to open came down to the sender in 56% of cases, the subject line in 30% and the preheader in 14%.
The size follows from the email width and its margins. The default email width in Quanda is 650 px, and after subtracting margins of 2 x 16 px the image comes out at 618 px. Work with the width only, the height adjusts automatically, and keep the file size under 2 MB.
No. Copyright applies even to non-commercial use, and a photo without a license can cost you damages and a fine. You can find legal free photos on Unsplash, Pixabay and Gratisography, for example. Authentic photos from your own company are even more engaging.
In the email editor, click into the text and choose Personalization. You can pick a complete salutation with a prefix or the first name or last name on its own. Prepare the salutations in advance in your import file and import them with the contacts.
Start with a plan twelve weeks ahead, where you note for each group of contacts what you will send them and when. Prepare and schedule your campaigns in advance. Tie the offer to a specific deadline and complement your sales emails with useful content, such as the last day to order.
Yes, the course is completely free. All you need is a free learning account, created with an email and password or with your Google account. Once you confirm your email, you can start learning.
Each of the 5 lessons ends with a quiz of 7 yes or no questions. The next lesson unlocks once you answer all 7 questions correctly, and for wrong answers you will see an explanation. After passing all quizzes you receive an official Quanda certificate in PDF with your name, the course title, the date, a unique code and a QR code for public verification.
